Through a series of sprint intervals, 3LC Sprinting will enhance your maximum power output and strengthen your fast twitch muscle fibers resulting in a stronger and faster sprint.
Tour de France Star Mark Cavendish jumps on the turbo and teams up with former British Criterium Champion Rob Holden to teach you the techniques needed to get that extra kick when it matters most... at the finish line!
The session uses a mixture of maximum sprint efforts followed by long recoveries to give you the maximum sprint effect. Shorter recoveries towards the end simulate holding the speed during the final kilometres of a race before unleashing that all-important sprint.
It could be a road race, criterium, sportive, mountain bike race, cyclo cross or BMX event-in fact, any situation where a quick turn of speed matters-3LC's sprinting workout is just the ticket! (Duration 60 minutes)
